Q: should the tube come sealed in anyway? I just bought this and the box wasn't sealed and then I twisted the cap off and the tube itself doesn't have any kind of seal to take off.

A: Yes, I had really great success with this cream. My niece used this on her twins and used cloth diapers! The thing about cloth is you kids are wet really often so your changing them often. You will go through a lot of cream but pay the price it works! We still you it today if we have a sore spot in your private areas.

need better packaging
Nice product that works well. Strong but pleasant smell. I do loathe the packaging though. I'd love a flip-open cap, similar to other diaper creams, so I can open it more easily with one hand while changing diapers.

Really good diaper rash cream. It does separate some, so you need to be careful NOT to get it on clothing or bedding
