Our toaster slice size is 1.5 Inches width and 5.5 Inches length.The toaster slots are designed to accommodate a variety of bread types, including wider or longer slices like sourdough. Depending on the exact loaf size, some very oversized slices may extend slightly above the slot, but the heating elements will still toast the bread evenly on both sides.

Q: What is the best way to clean the toaster if you use the frozen grilled cheese sandwiches they sell now for toasters. Or how to clean bread crumbs etc. Is there a panel that opens?

A: Dear Customer.Thank you for your question! To clean your toaster after using frozen grilled cheese sandwiches or to remove bread crumbs, follow these steps: 1.Unplug the toaster and let it cool completely before cleaning. 2.Remove the crumb tray (located at the bottom). Slide it out and shake off crumbs into the trash. You can also wash the tray with warm soapy water, dry it thoroughly, and slide it back in. 3.Turn the toaster upside down over the sink or trash can and gently shake it to remove any remaining crumbs inside. 4.Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or immersing the toaster in water. There is a crumb tray at the bottom of the toaster and draw it out to clean bread crumbs.

A: Dear customer, thank you for your question. When the toaster is powered on and preparing to operate, the blinking icon indicates the selected bread type and shade setting. This blinking will continue throughout the toasting process as part of the built-in program. It is normal and cannot be turned off manually. My toaster did just fine with toasting on both sides, so I’m not sure what’s going on with the other reviews. I recorded a video, but this format will not let me upload it. I definitely don’t think it’s worth the initial price of $300, which I did not pay, but it’s definitely a conversation piece, for sure.

I just used it for the first time and put it on shade 2 and realized it didn’t do anything so I bumped it up to shade 3 and realized it is only toasting on one side. Will return this for sure!! The toaster is pretty but I need a toaster that works like a toaster and acts like a toaster because looks are deceiving. The 1 star is for the pretty and to be nice but if you read this review I doubt that you would want to waste your time on a one-sided toaster.
