Q: There is a white plastic drip tray that came with it. No instructions at all how to install it. I called company she said it slips in on back of refrigerator. I see nowhere at bottom opening where it just slips in! Onto what I.don’t know!

A: It sits on top of the compressor to collect water form the drain tube. You can see the drain tube projecting out of the fridge.

submitted byCustomer Care Team - 6 years agoBrand expertA: Me too! I just called 1-855-666-4477 and was told that plastic tray slips on top of the compressor and clicks in place. Guess it's to prevent and collect any water drips. Make sure the black foam faces the compressor.

Notice that there is a projecting white piece on the bottom of the tray and a similar projecting black piece on the top of the compressor. They should click into place, as you slide the white tray onto the top of the compressor. If problems, call the Whirlpool number: 1-855-666-4477.

THIS BRAND SUCKS ! Day 3 since i bought it & the fridge work like the freezer and the freezer works like the fridge. Extremely disappointed i didn’t tilt the fridge when starting it up & waited 24hours to put things in. No wonder it was on sale & no wonder i got the last one that had actually been returned. Thanks to the guy who told me to keep the box just in case cause this was a waste of money. I’m a female and had to go through a hassle from getting it from the store in my car from my garage into my house ! Just for it to not even work properly. Ridiculous now i have to search for a better mini fridge .

The separate freezer is a big positive but that could be a tad smaller to give the main compartment a couple more inches in height. Also, the cans disepenser can only be used for, well, cans. It is a waste of space. It should be designed to also hold a bottle vertically.

This fridge either froze food in the fridge section or melted food in the freezer. We kept a thermometer in there for many weeks trying to figure things out and it was too cold near the edges and warmer in the middle. Just didn't work for us - also had to contact a 3rd party company for a refund as Whirlpool doesn't manufacture these..... confusing for sure!

Unsure if it works. The delivery driver didn’t bother to bring it on the porch. He left it on the yard in the card during a storm. The purchase was for a dorm. It hasn’t been opened. I really pray it works in a few weeks.

As a college student with a small car this is the perfect size for me. The freezer works great and the light inside is nice too. You will have to do some wiggling around to fit it in the car but it does fit.

This is an ideal configuration for a mini fridge/freezer. Currently, I've stored enough frozen sandwiches and ice cream bars to last over a week. And my thermometer shows it will hold a constant freezing temp. The fridge is like most typical layouts for a mini, but I do like the soda dispenser. Couldn't fit a gallon jug in there, but never had a crisper option in a mini so I'm gonna give that a shot.

My fridge was delivered today and it was damaged upon arrival. I think it was damaged due to FedEx delivery person slamming my packed hard on my front porch.
