boxes arrive torn cut and smashed couldnt give as a gift looking like that not sure who packed them. Wolverine?

I’ve purchased multiple Xbox controllers in different colors and had the same issue happen with 2 of the red ones after about 7 months of usage. The right stick drifts. This only happens on the red ones, not the white or blue remotes I own.

Purchased this controller brand new in-store less than five months ago. The left stick started getting such bad drift after 3 months, it’s no longer usable. Of course I’m past the return window, so I can’t get a refund or even exchange the product. Xbox controllers don’t typically have this issue (especially when purchased new and after just a few months of use), so I don’t believe this was truly “new”. I think it may have been a returned item put back on shelves and resold. Note: I am not a heavy ‘gamer’. I play one Xbox game and occasionally use the console for streaming services. This controller does not get frequent enough use to have this issue. I cleaned the controller, did a hard reset, reconfigure, hooked up the controller to the Xbox, tried everything recommended to fix drift in case it were to be an electrical issue— Nothing worked. So I’m just out $50. I wouldn’t trust purchasing this from Target again, unfortunately.

Worked good for almost year then started having really bad stick drift that I can’t fix

Works great! No issues. My son was happy with this purchase and can now play his xbox with his friends when they come over.

Purchased this as a replacement controller. Didn’t last more than a year. Bumpers are unresponsive. Now my replacement controller for this replacement controller I purchased is faulty and no longer works properly.

Beware of cheap product! I've bought 4 controllers in 3 years, they break in less than 6 months. The left joystick usually wears out and makes the controllers impossible to use. You're going to want the protection plan unless you want to shell out $65 dollars every 5 months or so...

I have had this controller for 3 months and it already has that funky stick drift going on. And the XY thumb stick already has discoloration. I don’t even game that much, just a few hours after work and then on the weekends.

I really like this controller overall — the lime green color is super bold and looks awesome in person. It’s comfortable to hold, connects easily, and gameplay feels smooth. Buttons are super responsive when new, and it’s a solid choice if you want something fun and different from the usual black or white. That said, the bright color shows dirt and grime pretty fast, especially around the buttons and joystick. I clean mine often but it still builds up. Also, after a couple months of regular use, I started noticing a bit of stick drift, which is disappointing at this price point. If you take good care of it and don’t mind wiping it down often, it’s a great controller — just be aware that it might not stay flawless with heavy use.

Broke just after 3 months (ironically enough right after the warranty ended). This is our third one, just a different color - all break within 6 months or less. TOTAL OVERPRICED JUNK. Don’t waste your money or time. I’ve spent over $150 on these controllers with nothing to show for it.

I babied this thing and it still has terrible stick drift.

I don’t have issues with lag, but I do have issues with the audio jack. It’s staticky, in and out, and eventually it doesn’t work at all. No it’s not my headphones because it happens with a different cord and a different set of headphones.

6 months in and it already stopped working. Lag issues and now some buttons don't work at all.

Stopped working after 6 months. Power button works to turn on the xbox but not for any other function. All other buttons stopped working out of nowhere.

starting drifting in 8 months. I've been through 4 controllers in 3 years. I'm not paying the new higher price for the same low quality junk.
