Delivered to wrong address. Picture of delivery showed wrong doorstep. Called Target. They said call back in two days and if I have not received they will see what they can do. NO correction to package delivered to wrong address when correct address is on file. Some items needed prior to two days. Will have to go to store and buy in the meantime.

Changing filter every 3 weeks??
I've been using ZeroWater filters and pitchers for years and have noticed that the newer legacy filters do not last as long as the original filters. I used to need to change the filter every 6-8 weeks and it seems that when the filter cover changed from the hard plastic blue cover to the plastic film, I had to change the filter every 4 weeks. I believe that is when Culligan took over. Recently, I purchased a different brand pitcher/filter and when I had a pitcher full, I ran it through the ZeroWater filter. Even after that, I find I need to change the ZeroWater filter every 3-4 weeks. After 3 weeks, I shake the filter and I can usually get 1 more week out of the filter, before it registers way above the 006 TDS. Nothing has changed with the water system at my house, so I can only presume it is the quality of the ZeroWater filters. I'm disappointed because I know ZeroWater is the highest rated filter, but at the high price point, I can't keep changing the filter every 3-4 weeks. I'm open to suggestions.

Formerly great, currently poor
Before the company was purchased by Culligen(?), I got 5-6 months out of each filter. I'm now getting about 3.5 months use without any changes in lifestyle.

Great for bulk purchase of OEM filters
Quick sipping and brand new. I appreciate the bulk purchase option, as it can be a burden to buy too frequently. Will definitely buy again whenever needed.

Water as it was meant to be - pure and drinkable
We have used the 12 cup Legacy series for several years. We avoid unfiltered tap water and bottled water at all costs. Our tap water generally registers between 250 and 400 particles, so our filters last between 4 weeks and 6 weeks. Many people complain that sometimes the filters don't drain properly. That is more than likely because they have a bubble of air trapped inside the filter. In that case, just remove the filter and turn it sideways and shake it as hard as you can for about 7 - 8 times, and reattach it. It should dislodge the air and work as it should. We just purchased another 12-Cup in the new Culligan series. It is just a pour pitcher (no push button drains at the bottom). Thus, they eliminated the problem of leaking around the push button. That's a good product change in my opinion. We also purchased a 23-cup in the Legacy series. Zerowater provides the cleanest water and a clean taste. By the way, they now have two series of pitchers; the older Legacy and the newer Culligan series. The difference is the filter have been upgraded to filter more contaminates, plus they have improved some of the product features. NOTE: the filters are NOT interchangeable. The Legacy filters screw on to the fill-tank, and the newer Culligan filters drop into the fill-tank holder. Enjoy!

Filters don’t last long
I have used zero water pitcher for years but ever since Culligan bought it the filters don’t last as long, they have gotten worse. I ordered filters from Zero. I am one person using the picture and it’s at .006 after. 2 1/2 weeks! Filters Use to last 2+ months.

Works great
I bought this last year at the advice of a friend, and I’m so glad I did. I have it in my bathroom for drinking and brushing my teeth. I can definitely taste the difference with this water filter. The filter has lasted me about 4 months. Great product.

It’s not your water, it’s culligan.
I’ve had Zero Water for seven years. I recommended it to friends, family, and co workers. Now, I’ll never recommend this product. Zero Water was bought out / changed ownership, and ever since then the filter quality has plummeted. I used to be able to buy a six pack of filters and have it last me two years. Now, a a single filter didn’t even last 24 hours. I bought a two pack last night and changed my filter out. The filter, this morning, is now reading 005. I am now seeing everyone’s latest reviews and am seeing that I’m not the only one with issues. The only change, is who owns the brand. This does not give me confidence in culligan, let alone make me want to change over to the “new” version. How can you explain a filter going bad in less than 24 hours? Truthfully, closer to 12 hours. Most of which my husband and I were asleep and not drinking water. It says that it lasts 15 gallons, it didn’t even last 32 ounces. If you’re new to zero water, please know this is not how it used to be. If you’re not new to zero water, I’d be cautious about changing to the new culligan model. If they can’t get the existing profit right, how can they deliver a new product? I am frustrated and am going to see if I can return. I will be looking at different brands for a replacement.

Zero total dissolved solids by measure
I have been using Culligan zero water for about 18 months. The water here locally has 120 to 135 total dissolve solids and zero consistently after filtration. Today it was five and gratefully new filters came. Thank you!

Filter problem
Iva head one for about two years and I love the water, won’t use any other brand. But the only complaint I have is after a couple of fills the filter will just stop filtering and I have to bang it in the counter so the air bubbles come out or dump it out and replace the water, I don’t know how,why or what makes it happen. Just very annoying when it won’t let me fully refill my water

Thank you for contacting ZeroWater. After Zero Water filters have been exhausted and have not been changed, the water produced from the filter may have a distinct smell or taste and the TDS reading may be higher than your tap water. This is a result of the water passing over the “spent” Ion Exchange Resin beads. We have gone to great lengths in reducing that taste/smell in product development however this is simply a characteristic of filtering water with a Dual-Ion Exchange system. In order to avoid a change in the taste of the water it is important to test the water regularly and change the filter when the digital meter reads 006.
