We're surprised and sorry to learn about this, as all Zevo spray products go through multiple quality control checks to ensure great working results. When something like this occurs, the following suggestions might help: 1. First, twist the tip of the nozzle until it's in the unlocked position, then point it away from your face before trying to spray. 2. Sometimes the end of the sprayer can get clogged. Visually inspect the end of the sprayer nozzle, and if you see residual (white) product there, wipe it away with a wet paper towel. 3. If that doesn’t fix the issue, inspect the area where the blue top meets the bottle for a gap. If there's a large gap, the top might not be in the right position, which could be a manufacturing defect, leading to the product not spraying properly. 4. If it still won’t spray, gently shake the bottle and listen for any remaining liquid inside to ensure the bottle isn't empty. 5. Lastly, place the bottle on a flat surface and try to spray to see if any product comes out. If yes, the angle that the bottle is being held at could be affecting how product comes out. If the bottle is tilted in an extreme upward or downward position when spraying, excess nitrogen will be released. The weight listed on the package reflects the fill level of the liquid in the container. A certain amount of room in the container (40%) needs to be saved for the nitrogen propellant, similarly to how there is air in every bag of potato chips to protect the chips. The space above the product is occupied by the nitrogen. The container has the proper amount of nitrogen needed to adequately dispense the volume of liquid.
