Description
1. Remove refill from trap. 2. Peel off backing in a continuous motion where it says pull here, and discard. 3. Replace refill into trap by sliding into position. 4. Plug the trap into an indoor electrical outlet. For best performance, keep plugged in. Trap rotates 90 degrees for your convenience. To rotate the plug, hold the front of the unit upright in one hand, grasp both metal plug blades in the other hand and rotate these blades about the center of the plug to which the blades are mounted. For Best Results: Place traps in outlets that are easily accessed by flying insects and close to where you commonly see them. If not enough insects are captured, try changing the location. The blue light indicates it's working. Replace refill cartridge when it is full of insects. Check it every 15 days or as needed. This package contains three cartridge. Refill cartridges are sold separately.

The Marlborough East store substituted a different brand for the Zevo trap but gave me the Zevo refills that do not fit. Went into the store to get a refund and can only give me a store credit. This was not my mistake, it was the person that picked the order for drive up. Beware if the store picks your order for drive up up cannot get a refund to your Target RedCard.

However, there are things that can make it more difficult for them to access the trap. One example is other light sources shining on the trap. Absolutely horrible. The biggest waste of money. It’s been plugged in for 3 days while dozens of gnats swarm my kitchen. I’ve tried everything so I broke down and bought the zevo kit and extra cartridges. So far I’ve caught 3 gnats. 3???? I so wish I could return and get my money back. I also bought the spray…HAHAHA ! All that did was get them wet. They fell and flopped around and shortly after they flew off. Didn’t even kill them. This is a joke! Got my miney and I’ve still got gnats.

To ensure maximum performance, we recommend checking that the light on the device is on and glowing blue. If the trap isn’t catching bugs, it can often be due to placement. The traps work best when they’re in spots that are easily accessible to flying insects, so avoid placing in spots where it’s hard for flying insects to access, like behind furniture, curtains or other tucked-away spots. Many flying insects access homes near exterior doors, so if you have an outlet near one of those, it’s usually a good spot. For some reason this summer don’t matter how much effort to keep flying insects from slipping in the door. I got so tired of every time I sit down whether in the kitchen or living room a random gnat or whatever flying pass. I got one of these finally and it worked instantly, as soon as I plugged it up. We live here in the jungle of Hawaii. Small flying insects can easily enter your home here. Tired of fighting small fruit flies and other small flying insects we decided to try the Zevo trap. We plugged it into an outlet in our kitchen near where we keep our fruit bowl. I was amazed and impressed to see in the morning the amount of bugs that the trap had caught. After just three days the trap was so full of caught insects that we had to change the sticky pad. It was nice to see the following morning that upon the new pad there were less insects. That was an indication that the trap was working and dwindling the number of small insects in our home. I would highly recommend the Zevo trap.

I bought these for some sewer flies we had spring up in our home and they worked amazingly well. I was switching out the inserts frequently because of how many they caught. Caught more than I knew we had. Gross to think they would have been in my house if not the trap.
