To ensure maximum performance, we recommend checking that the light on the device is on and glowing blue. If the trap isn’t catching bugs, it can often be due to placement. The traps work best when they’re in spots that are easily accessible to flying insects, so avoid placing in spots where it’s hard for flying insects to access, like behind furniture, curtains or other tucked-away spots. Many flying insects access homes near exterior doors, so if you have an outlet near one of those, it’s usually a good spot.
