    Biotin that does more than you would think!

    I first started taking this for hair,skin and nails but I would give it some research as it does much more. Swanson always delivers a good clean product.

    It could taste better

    This one, hmmm - I am not crazy about. I have had other types of Swanson Brand Biotin which was a lot more pleasant to eat. But didn't particularly like this one.

    Hair Thinning Must Have

    I used to be afraid of biotin because it made me break out - but I've learned that the trick is to never take more biotin than Pantothenic acid (B5) - so now I take Pantethine along with this and I get hair growth and great skin.

    Been needing to get some biotin,decided to give this brand a try.

    With postpartum hair loss, decided to give this a try. They had a really great deal I got a few bottles. Seems like a good product and came in the mail fairly soon. With time we’ll see how it goes.

    Love this Biotin

    I've been taking this biotin for over a year now and can tell a huge difference in the health of my hair and nails. My hair grows fuller and faster now and my nails are stronger. I would recommend this product to anyone.

    Do Not Recommend

    Didn’t do anything for me, made my nails chip like crazy which has never happened before. Switching back to the Natrol biotin which made my hair and nails grow effortlessly.

    Seems to work, but capsules aren’t always full

    I think it’s working. My only complaint is that the capsules don’t always seem full, so not sure if I’m actually taking 5,000 mcg a day.

    An Easy Fix

    Your Biotin has started working. I have very dry brittle finger nails that always break, I knew I needed to find a product that would help make them become strong. I also was losing my hair but now it is not falling out and I am looking forward to having a nice head of hair again. It is now growing back in and hoping I can return have people compliment me again. I have been taking this every day and am keeping my fingers crossed it will help. So far I am pleased with the product. I am glad you had something to help me. Thank you. mjb

    I do like this product and I will keep using it everyday. I do recommend it for others..

    It does good for me strengths my nails so they are not so brittle. For my skin it does not clear up age spots that I wish it wwould. I do like this product and use it everyday

    I have been getting orders from Swanson for many years. I had very bad nails they use to split and peal . Then I started taking Biotin and you can’t imagine my nails today. One old friend saw my nails one day and could not believe how nice they looks. I also notice my hair is better also Great product
