    Recommended in my Opus 23

    Genistein was recommended to me in my Opus 23 by my practitioner Jan Kielmann. I am a postmenopausal woman with osteoporosis in my right hip. Genistein can help me by increasing my bone mineral density.

    Only thing that stopped my hot flashes

    I've tried several other things (primrose oil, black current oil, etc.) to address occasional hot flashes. After taking it for a few weeks, this is the first thing that actually worked! I haven't had a hot flash in several weeks now. I take one before going to bed at night (my flashes happened consistently when I woke up) and they stopped. I also appreciate that the capsules are smaller.

    Very Affordable

    Hot flashes B-Gone

    Really helped with the hot flashes. I was taking a name brand OTC but it was getting expensive and sometimes hard to find. Then I looked up the active ingredients in the OTC, found this Swanson Genistein and tried it. It works at a wonderful price. If you try it, use it for 3 months. Give it a little time. Good luck.

    No More Facial Hair!

    My gynecologist recommended this product. He wants me to take genistein to strengthen my bones. The previous product I took was OK, but the pills were very large and hard to swallow. I’ve only been taking this product for about a month, but I find — so far — an extra benefit that I also found with the previous product: I have hardly any facial hair! No more trying to remove that moustache!

    It works for me! I had to find another replacement from my previous product as that company went out of business. So I was skeptical, but it has been working nicely for me. I do take it in the morning and have no issues with it.

    Genistein from Sophora Japonica

    For years I took a product called I-cool. It's no longer available so I took the main ingredient from it which is genistein. So glad I did! This product works so much better. Recommend highly!

    Good price for a great product

    I found this product few years ago and bought it instead of the same product from other high end and and expensive brand. This potency 125 mg is not normally available from common brands. Only Swanson and the other one. I was so happy to find this and nothing wrong with it. I gave 4 stars because I'm not very sure about it's effectivness.

    This works!

    I used to use a multi herb formula twice a day. It worked, but I wanted to cut back on amount of supplements I was taking. I tried, Soy Free Genistein and it works as effectively. My hot flashes improved in a few days.The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I have sinced purchased and given to coworkers in the over 50 club, and they two have positive results.

    Swanson Ultra Soy-Free Genistein

    Going through the 'change of life'(aka:menopause) has been no picnic . I thank God for Swanson Ultra Soy-Free Genistein...my hot flashes have diminished greatly and I'm finally able to get sleep!!

    Pleased with the product.

    I purchased this product to help with night sweats and I have only had one since taking this. I was waking up 2-3 times a night drenched in sweat.
