    Good quality for the money.

    This supplement seemed a little strong. I found it to be of the utmost of quality. I am very pleased with the product and the price. The tablets are so strong that I only take 4 per week instead of 7.

    Tablets Dissolve Too Easily

    These used to come in easy to swallow capsules. I find that these tablets dissolve too quickly for me, making them even harder to swallow. Please bring back the capsules (and change the pill size picture to a tablet so it is clear to all that they are getting a tablet and not a capsule). Thank you.

    Kelp part of my immune system regimin

    I have been taking kelp for years as part of my immune care, along with zinc & elderberry. I am 64, in great health, fly frequently all over the US to visit kids/grandkids and have not had a cold or any kind of flu in years! These kelp tabs are easy to swallow and a nice size to travel with.

    Kelp tablets

    A good source of iodine, but I have trouble swallowing them. The tablet is small, but uncoated, so it often gets stuck in my throat. Have to drink some extra water to get it to go down.

    Excellent Thyroid Boost

    After treatment for hyperactive thyroid; I had very low energy. I was always cold, my thinking slow. Even on Synthroid, I did not feel like myself. At nearly 20 years ago I added Swanson kelp supplement. Used in addition to the Synthroid I saw a noticeable improvement in energy, thinking and comfort.
