oily skin
I have always had very oily skin. I could apply facial powder every 30 minutes it was so oily, so oily that it always felt dirty. I read where Rosemary extract would help with this so I gave it a try...and WOW...the first time in my life I can apply make-up and not have to blot every 30 minutes or so, I still have a little oil but NO where like what it was. I ran out of Rosemary by mistake and it only took a day or two and my oily skin returned....I hope to never run out of this product again.

Finally a good Rosemary Extract
It is very hard to find a good Rosemary dried extract in capsule form. There is only one other type of Rosemary extract out there like this and it tries to standardize to too many constituents. Swanson's Rosemary extract is a great extract for a great price.

I ordered this product to go along with spearmint supplements to help improve my memory. I really can't tell much difference, but it does seem to help my brain fog that i have on occasion. some time I burp the spearmint, but it is not unplesant.
