I love ashwagandha

I love Ashwagandha! I started taking it after losing my husband to covid because I didn't like the nerve pills prescribed to me. The Ashwagandha maintains a level balance instead of the sudden & temporary "help" of a nerve pill.

A great find.

I am telling you I have stopped taking prescriptions to be able to sleep, I use to have to take night time pms and prescriptions to be able to sleep . I have done for for more then 50 years. I had heard about these last winter and all I take now is one these Ashwagandha and I sleep like a baby.

Subtle but worthwhile

This product is very subtle in its effects, but it is definitely there. It seems to cause a calming and increased focusing effect on the mind. This may be just a notion on my part, but it seems to enhance other supplements, such as boswellia also

Don't take too much...

I have Parkinson’s. The first day I took the max. 3 caps. I liked the way it made me feel and I had a very good night’s sleep. So, the next day, I doubled the dose and that night I itched - I didn’t sleep much. I went back to max 3 dose and then noticed I had a rash. After 3 days of not taking any, I took only 1 in the morning – the itch started coming back, but I slept fairy well. Today I took only1 in the morning. I am hoping I can desensitize myself…. And, get back the recommended max dose.

Stress control

I have been using Ashwagandha for quite a while. It says to take 2 per serving, I take 1 in the morning after breakfast. Most days this amount works wonderfully. This is a big part of my sanity since I work in Rehab skilled nursing facilities. It allows me to remain calm during several stressful situations daily.

Helpful to a retiree

I’ve used the Ashwagandha capsules consistently every morning. I feel it’s supporting me dealing with a busy, stressful life! I have better endurance ( if you were at my age, you probably would crash already) with the extra ‘push’ specially at the end of the day.

It's not the same formula

This product became unavailable sometime late fall. Was disappointed to see it disappear. Their recommend replacement contains rice flour. So I was happy to see this returned only to discover they replaced the gum arabic with dextrin. Dextrin can be made for wheat. Still on the hunt for a replacement from the original formula
