Really easy addition to workout routine

I used it right after my working out and it gave me the boost I needed to get through the rest of the day. It mixed well and did not leave clumps of powder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just tried Optimum Nutrition Pro Quench in Strawberry Splash, and it’s seriously delicious! I mixed it with coconut milk instead of water, and it turned out perfect, super creamy, smooth, and the strawberry flavor blends amazingly with the coconut taste, its like a tropical twist. 20g clear protein + collagen + electrolytes, no chalkiness, mixes pretty well and doesn't taste like typical whey protein. Great post-workout refreshment, 10/10. Highly recommend!

The scoop is large but mixes well, only a few little clumps that went away with additional vigorous shaking. I love that this has protein and electrolytes added. It’s going to be a game changer for mountain summits!! The tub is nice for home but I’d love to see some individual packets for on the go!

Great whey-based product to help increase overall
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been trying to increase my protein intake in a healthy, balanced way, and this has been a great option. I like that it’s light and refreshing rather than a heavy, creamy shake, which makes it easy to drink during the day while I’m on the go. I typically just mix it with water, and it dissolves easily without much effort. Taste-wise, it’s not overly sweet which is great, and a huge pro is that it’s gentle on my stomach. The added electrolytes are a nice bonus after sweating. Overall, it’s an easy, sustainable way to get more protein without feeling weighed down. My preference would have been for a plant-based option versus being whey based, which is ultimate why I’m giving it 4 stars rather than 5

I couldn’t speak about the performance because I couldn’t get over the taste to use it. Religiously packaging is cute but the aroma it’s not what I think it will be. There are better products out there.

Great alternative
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great alternative to chocolate and vanilla proteins. It doesn’t smell super protein-y, which is a plus for me. I can’t comment on the value since I don’t know the price but I would purchase this for workouts. I didn’t notice energy or endurance but definitely helped me feel full. No stomach aches or problems with digestion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product felt really hard to fully mix into water and there were still little clumps of powder after stirring for several minutes. There was a weak but pleasant flavor and no grittiness when drinking. I did notice a faint unpleasant odor when drinking the protein powder. I think if you struggle to get enough protein this might be a good addition to your diet, but definitely not my favorite protein source.

Easy to drink, lots of protein!

I wanted to try it just by itself, so I mixed one scoop with the recommended 16 oz of water and it has a really nice taste and is easy to drink. It mixes well in the water with no big clumps or grainy texture. I don’t like some of the ingredients like the red 40 and yellow 5 so that is why I knocked off a star. Overall, the flavor is good and I feel hydrated after drinking it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The powder smells really good. The only problem I had was when stirringnin cold water it became lumpy and didn't want to mix very well. I didn't drink it because it hasle some many lumpy parts.

Refreshing

It was very refreshing and I enjoy having some after a workout. It does take a bit to thoroughly mix and I found as long as you follow the measurements there isn’t too much foam produced. I appreciate getting both protein and collagen in one drink. I would definitely recommend it to others and I’ll be trying the other flavor soon.
