84 years old and very healthy!
As a first time user of this product I am joining it with vitamin D3 to inhanse my immune system. Having been a very long time user of Swanson products I have enjoyed good health. I am 84 years of age and am of the belief that the use of Swansons many products has helped in my healthy longevity. Too early to give an opinion on effectiveness.

A- ok product
The price is awesome but not sure the product works as well as stated -been using this now for over a month and don't really see any change except it definitely will upset your stomach if you don't eat something first. We will continue to take this though and see what happens. Still live Swanson products!

This product upset my stomach if taken on an empty stomach. Took it then ate a couple crackers and was fine.
