I felt it worked well and didn't leave me with a groggy feeling in the morning. I made sure I had plenty of time to sleep, so I'd say make sure you have that as well. The packaging is easy to use, and I think the price for the product seems fair. I probably wouldn't use this on a daily basis, but when I really need some sleep.

You take just one tablet 30 minutes before bedtime and your good to go. I find it helps me tremendously. They come in a small bottle so put it up where you can find it. These take about 30-40 minutes to get me really sleepy. I get quality sleep without waking up every few hours. I wake up in the morning feeling completely rested and ready to start my day. I work night shift and usually have a hard time sleeping during the day, Unisom sleep tabs helped me achieve a long restful sleep. Just be sure take it at least 8 hours before your scheduled to wake up as it can cause groggyness.

I had one one where I could get close to 6 and didn’t want to fist tossing/turning boy did I sleep like a baby. Even without the lack of sleep and short time frame I did not wake up groggy.
