Imagine my disgust when I went to make a cup of coffee in the morning & it didn’t work! I tried calling the Keurig help # and I could only understand when the foreigner asked me for my information-any other words he said were incomprehensible. After me saying “I don’t understand what you are saying!” More than 5 times I hung up without being helped. There’s $100 down the drain. Don’t waste your money on Keurig.

Absolutely horrible. Works for a few weeks and then stops working. It sucks down the water, a little coffee comes out then it just turns off. I have bought 3 of these and they all did the same thing. I’m extremely frustrated bc I don’t want one that has a reservoir. Keurig do better!!!!!!

This machine stopped working after using it for a handful of times and of course when I wanted to return it, it was a little bit over the 90 days so target did not honor it. Which made me reach out to Keurig who in fact did replace the machine with a new one, but here we go six weeks later and the same machine broke again. Now Keurig is only offering to replace the machine once more which I do not want. I just want my money back and I can’t get my money back from Keurig or target

Horrific. Do not buy. Ever. I’ve had this Keurig for 3 or 4 months. I make 1-2 cups a day Mon-Fri with it. It’s broken twice and today it’s broken permanently. Hunk of trash. Do not waste your money.

Died after 2 months of limited use, brewing maybe 15 cups of coffee in all, tops. Water in the reservoir would not filter down into mechanism. When working, it did brew delicious coffee. Very disappointed in Keurig.

I made two cups of coffee and it stopped working. I have received replacements and have had the same problems. I have a black and decker single brew that I am now using again that I’ve had for 20 years and it still works no problem.

This coffee maker was a replacement for a friend who had his previous coffee maker for several years before it decided to retire itself. My friend totally loves his new coffee maker which looks & works exactly like his previous one, but it heats faster.

This a great option for making coffee with limited space. However, there are some downsides. This keurig works by pouring in water each time you brew a cup of coffee, not once every couples times you make a cup. The brewer also splashes a little so I defeats the point of having it in a small area, in my opinion. After a couple uses, I notice spots and splashes of coffee in the area. Not that big of a deal, but if you put this in a tight corner, it will get coffee around the area. Overall, this works for what I need it to work for, I use it at work and it gets the job done.
