Not sure if mine were defective but I bought 2 of these during the 21 days of beauty sale.. the pencil (like the wax) itself comes out of the actual pencil when. Reminds me of the lead of a pencil coming out. BOTH brow pencil did that so had to throw both away. This used to be my holy grail and I see how this brand's quality has just gone down the toilet. Never agai.

I have used the taupe color for years, but recently the product has broken frequently and become unusable. The last one I had broke not long after I opened it. The twisting mechanism stuck and would not move. The product inside disappeared. Very frustrating considering the price. The most recent one broke off in the tube. This causes a 1 cm piece to fall out everytime. I have to reinsert it to use it. This decrease in quality is unacceptable considering the price.

The actual liner is great. Shade is nice and it applies smoothly. The brush on the other end is poorly made and broke off after a couple of uses, which was very frustrating.

This happened after I first purchased it, multiple times, but I didn’t realize it was the Brow Wiz until I started wearing it again and, once again, tons of my eyebrow hair came out…. I’m glad my latest attempt to purchase a different brow pen did not go through due to an address change issue. Don’t buy this
