Purchased over and over
One of my favorite brow pencils if not number 1. I just hate that it doesnt seem to last ling abd sometines the whole pencil or a large poece can break off and fall out when first ooening it. I think packaging is cheaper the other side with the brush alway breaks

Sparse brows to full brows

Good product, bad packaging
The last 3 times I've purchased this eye pencil, it broke very early on. Either the spoolie broke off, the actual pencil broke off, or both. Been using this for over a decade and haven't had these issues until semi-recently. The pencil itself is great, but not worth the price for how poorly it's now made.

Annoyed
I finally switched from the Anastasia brow pomade to the pencil and it stopped working after a week or so. It wont let me turn it to get the product out. I love the product itself i just think they could do better with the mechanics of it.

Best I've tried
Ive tried several eyebrow pencils. Ive been using kosas nano for a couple years now. My eyebrows are very patchy and i just wasnt happy with the kosas one anymore. I tried the Anastasia one on a whim and im obsessed. It fills in so nicely, stays out, and doesnt look like i tried too hard to color my brows in. Ive really tried so many pencils and this is the only one i LOVE.

Used to love it
The Brow Wiz pencil has been my go to eyebrow pencil for years. However, the last four or five that I've purchased break after one or two uses. The piece that is used to shade in the eyebrows actually falls out like it isnt attached to the pencil casing correctly. This causes it to break into pieces or forces me to put it back in over and over. For the price compared to other brands, this shouldn't continue to happen. Very disappointing!

Wanted to try a lighter shade for a softer look, it seems that the application itself does feel pretty rough. Does not draw in a pleasant way. Like my brows r not that dark and decided to get chocolate but its basically not seen that i did anything. Returning if I get the chance but it was free so WHATEVER.

Cheap, not worth it
The product instantly fell out of the pencil, I was able to put it back in, but it always falls out. There is not much product for the price point, and it does not create fine lines like advertised. Very disappointing product
