    Protein Powds

    My brother and a good friend rave about ON, and I've been wanting to try it out since I don't meet my protein goals on most days. I wasn't sure if I was going to enjoy the powder, but it has quickly become part of my daily routine. I swim every day, and my shaker bottle and protein follow me to the pool. I make that shake literally right after I leave the pool in the mornings. The protein powder helps curb my hunger for carbs and snacks, and has a pretty good taste.

    Solid Protein

    I’ve been using this whey protein after lifting and cross-training, and it’s been solid. It mixes easily, tastes good without being too sweet, and is an easy way to get some quick protein in after a workout. Helps with recovery and doesn’t feel heavy. 8/10.

    Excellent!

    This is the best tasting protein powder I have tried in a long time. It blends beautifully, no chalky consistency, and no weird after taste. I do half a scoop and still get 12 grams of protein.

    Overall I've been happy with this protein powder. I got tired of my usual flavors so I wanted to try the Fruity Cereal flavor. It's not bad and I'm continuing to drink it after my workouts, but the flavor is just not exactly what I expected. On one hand it's a little more mild in flavor than I anticipated, but at the same time it's also a bit heavy on the lime flavor note (as another reviewer mentioned). However, it mixes very well and hasn't given me any digestive discomfort, so I would still recommend it.

    Flavorful! Great value.

    The fruity cereal powder tastes pretty good, but falls a little short of Dymatize's same flavor. It breaks up well for protein shakes and drinks, and for the nutritional benefit the value for cost is great. Would highly recommend optimum!

    The smell is right, like Trix/fruit loops, but the lemon/lime flavors overpower it. It's good for a change of pace from the usual chocolate/vanilla/strawberry

    Good Protein for Macros, not that great of taste

    This protein is really affordable for the serving size also the macros are great for a protein. My negative comes in because the taste isn't all that great. It's okay, I know that it's a protein supplement but the flavor isn't very good mixed with water. But if you make a protein Ice Cream or shake it will taste better. I would recommend to someone else for sure but don't expect the best tasting protein you've ever had.

    awesome product

    im constantly working not getting enough protein in, im using this as a meal replacement and it helps me get enough protein in especially when I add pb powder, the whey,, cold brew coffee, and cocoa powder and eat a banana. it's great for both beginners and experts.
