A: The ice melts after a while and remakes itself so as long as you leave the ice part on it will keep remaking ice when it gets low

A: Hi there, if you find yourself in need of a continuous supply of ice, you can certainly keep the machine running for 24 hours. Our machines are designed for efficiency, ensuring you have ice whenever you need it. However, if your ice requirements are more moderate, we recommend running the machine for a while to produce a sufficient amount of ice. Once you’ve gathered enough, you can easily transfer the ice to your freezer for storage. This approach not only helps you save energy.But it is not fully automatic. It will pause when the ice basket is full (indicated by the "Ice Full" light) or when it needs more water ("Add Water" light). You will need to remove ice and refill water manually to resume operation. Please note: The unit must be used in a well-ventilated area under 90°F (32°C). Leave at least 6 inches of clearance around the unit, especially near the hot air outlet. This model does not have a defrost function. It is not designed to handle frost buildup internally. Give The Actaul Return Date
Zero for the item and target. I attempted a return within the 90 days and was denied to it being from the website. Understandable if they put the return period on the receipt. The online order showed no signs of the return date, just the "most are 90 days" "most are 30 days" thing. That doesn't seem very accurate or measurable when "most" is thrown around and the online receipt has no traces of the return period that you're eligible for. That's some sloppy crap target. Just put the date I can return stuff on the actual receipt/online order. Well within the 90 days, but missed it by a day for the 30 I was apparently only eligible for.

Grinding noise
Love the icemaker but 2 months after buying it mine too started a very loud grinding noise. I followed instructions below by holding the cleaning mode button in but still makes the noise. Wrote to the company and hoping they will replace my unit with a new one 🤞

Ice melts quickly
I was really excited about this ice maker as my family loves the crunchy ice. The main issue I have with it is the ice all melts over night! So we wake up to an empty ice bin unless we leave it running all night. So every day I’m having to drain the water out of the reservoir and wasting our filtered water. Not sure I’ll keep it as this is a huge hassle just to have crunchy ice.

So disappointed in this ice maker. It worked great for about 2 months, then started emitting a high-pitched squeal when making ice. It’s so loud, that we have to unplug the ice maker and not use it for a day when it happens. It usually happens at least once a day. So disappointed as this was not cheap!

Crazy loud grinding noise
The first few days it worked great..,after a few days a grinding noise started happening after about a week and a half it was so loud it woke is up straight out of bed!!! The grinding noise was really loud seemed like it might explode!!! I do not recommend this particular item!!!

Not worth the money
When it initially starts making the ice it is more like shaved ice. It takes at least 30-45 minutes for the nuggets to start. Once the nuggets are there they are pretty much perfect which brings this to 2 stars. If the bin fills up the moment you take some of the ice out you will start to get shaved ice again. If I wanted shaved ice I'd get the crushed ice from my fridge. All of the instructions are written in poor broken English. I will be returning, this was not worth the near $200 I paid.
