Not what I was looking for
I purchased this because it was both highly rated on a consumer website and one of the cheaper options. It’s not necessarily a bad product, but it’s not what I was looking for either. My son and I were excited when it arrived because we were looking for ice at home that was similar to some of the restaurant chains like Chick-fil-a, Zaxby’s, Jason’s Deli, etc, but if that is what you are looking for, this is not it. The ice is definitely more bullet style (as mentioned in the description) and not small nuggets. The size difference between S and L in this ice maker is barely noticeable and both are on the large side in our opinions. Again, this isn’t a bad product and the fault rests with me, but be warned if you are looking for the small chain style ice, look elsewhere. If you are ok with larger bullet ice, this option may work for you. For this reason, I’m rating 3-star across the board.

Not what I hoped for
I have wanted an ice maker for quite a while and finally bought one. Looks good, right size, but ... directions were incomplete, referring back to other pages, referred to area not identified, and just generally confusing. After 30 minutes of trying to figutre it out, I finally just poured water in it and pushed buttons and hoped. Would not buy again, or recommend.

I didn't receive my order
My item said it was delivered but I didn't receive it somebody must have stolen it in Target won't do nothing about it and told me to find a police report or disputed with my credit union I'm disappointed and I've been a loyal Target customer for many many years

Great Ice Maker for Home and Travel! I love this portable ice maker! It’s the perfect size for my kitchen, and I can easily take it camping or on road trips. This was great until it wasn't. The motor began grinding within a month. I did reach out to the manufacturer and they stated they would send me new parts. It's been months and no parts.
