Q: You folded a 9' x 12' rug in a small box. How do you recommend getting all of the creases out? I may have to return!

  • A: Hi, rug fold wrappers may temporarily wrinkle, it is recommended to roll the rug in the opposite direction at least 24 hours, put something heavy in the crease for a few hours, finally use a damp towel or cloth over the creases better.
