I have not noticed a difference in my hair yet, but I do feel like it is a good supplement in the winter time when you are not getting much natural light

My family is using Liquid Light for years. It's Extremely Helpful during hot days in Texas working outside, then we are using more that daily dose. More like as needed. It's restoring all intracellular fluids which helps restore strength or maintain at high level even if we are over 60 years old, working together with young twenty Y.O. We are using it daily in regular doses.

Lights up my whole being!
I have been taking Liquid Light to increase my energy and vitality. The minerals in liquid light give me energy on a cellular level.
