I noted a HUGE improvement in my gut health after taking this vitamin. The biggest change was I was experiencing heart burn frequently. After taking this vitamin I have noticed I have not have heart burn since taking it.

I have tried several gut formulated products & this one made no difference. i only tried this one because I loved the 3 in 1 complete gut health so much; however, they have been out of that product for months. Just disappointing. Will not order again

I didn’t realize how much this pre/probiotic helped me until I ran out of it and was not able to take it for four days. It has helped my digestive track feel more fluid- like, healthier, lighter, and less inflamed or bloated. I have Gastroparesis and am limited on eating healthier, green, fibrous foods-this seems to balance me out with the sugary/processed foods I eat. I felt very sluggish and bloated when I wasn’t able to take this. I am now a subscriber because the benefits of how I feel completely outweigh the symptoms that I had without it.

I've been dealing with extremely painful periods from endo and fibroids for the past several years. My nutritionist mentioned that probiotics can help lessen the pain by decreasing excess estrogen levels in my body, so I purchased this, since it also has enzymes and fiber. I had been taking one a day for 3 weeks before my last period began, and for the first time in years I did not experience the debilitating pain that I normally suffer through for the first 3-4 days of my cycle. Don't get me wrong, I still had to use ibuprofen, but certainly not as many doses and for a much shorter length of time. The pain was manageable, it felt like normal period cramps from my teens and twenties. I also added L. Gasseri from another brand, to include a female reproductive system-specific organism in the mix. I must say, these things have been a blessing to me. In addition, my skin has literally been GLOWING and my hormonal breakouts are nil since I started taking these. I'm on my second bottle and plan to keep this probiotic as part of my lifestyle.

I was experiencing an unexplained rash/ezcema in my armpits. I've been a user of natural products (fragrance free, no formaldehydes, etc.) for years including my deodorant but could not find the cause. 2 weeks into taking these enzymes, the rash is gone and has not come back (4 months clear now). Stick with the pills from Mary Ruths. The liquid vitamins are questionable. These are great.

I have taken this product for candida and it has worked wonderfully for me; However, the new pot does not have on its label that it is for candida, nor is B. coagulans among its ingredients, which is the strain that attacks candida, even though on this page it indicated that it did. I'll really take it but I don't think it's for the same thing as they said.

This product is truly great! I have been dealing with sinus pressure/congestion for months and months, and I never knew that we can have fungus (candida) overgrowth in our sinuses! After taking this for about 2 weeks, my sinuses are doing a LOT better! Thanks Mary Ruth!

For years I've struggled with a very dry and irritated scalp. I had bad dandruff and my scalp was red and in pain all the time. it itched really bad as well. My doctor would prescribe a special shampoo and pill that was supposed to help but it would always comes back. I thought I might have an abundance of yeast so I thought I'd try this product. It is the only thing that has helped. I am so grateful I finally have relief after years of pain and discomfort.

Excellent product. No weird taste or smells. Excellent if you need gut support or to maintain good gut health.

I've always felt achy, burning, all over a stressed out gut, which also left me awake at night due to discomfort. I don't always eat healthy...on the go. Great stuff! No more bloating or discomfort, and not sure if it's related but I feel like it's helped with some perimenopausal weight fluctuations.
