Dissolves well in coffee with close to no aftertaste. -1 star for: Crunchy residue in cold beverages or water and no measuring cup in my jar.

I love that this is tasteless and can be enjoyed in water.

I did not know this but micronized creatine is recommended so it actually dissolves. I cannot get this to dissolve to save my life so I have to shake then drink immediately and it crunches like I'm drinking sand. I wish I could return it but it's open now.

Tried this supplement based upon review & recommendation from Lindsey Bomgren of NML and in consideration of the fact I had started a GLP1 and was concerned about losing muscle mass as a result of the medication/weight loss. In 3 weeks of use have noticed decreased muscle soreness following workouts, increased endurance during lifting and ability to increase weight load more quickly. Some others have noted "grittiness" and inability to dissolve. I personally have had no issue with this product dissolving. Using daily by mixing in 24 ounces of room temperature water along with a packet of lmnt and stirring with a spoon, then consuming during my workout. I have experienced no mixing issue nor grittiness. Have found this to mix easily & thoroughly. Very happy with results so far. Had inbody scan 3 weeks prior to starting this product and then another after 2 1/2 weeks of using this product. Per body scan result lost 12.3 lbs of visceral fat & gained 1.1 lbs of muscle.

Love this product. Mixes well into my tea with no after taste. I started taking this because my personal trainer recommended it. She said it would help with my muscle recovery.

Wish it had a scoop. Dissolves better then other brand I was using. Great price for quantity!

Exactly what I wanted without a bunch of additives with no real proven benefits. It does the job it's supposed to.

It works! I decided to try this based on Nourish, Move, Love's recommendation and I can honestly say that after 3 weeks I am really feeling a difference in the amount of energy I have and use during my workouts. I've read that women don't make as much creatine as men and that this can be a helpful supplement as long as you workout ie. strength train and I feel the difference in my endurance.

I have been using this for about month and I feel noticeably stronger.

The powder remains grainy in drinks. It does not dissolve. I have stopped taking this because of this issue.

I have been using this for a several years now and have noticed positive results. The down side is it's a little gritty. I mix it with my protein powder and drink it down about 2 hrs before I work out. I make it a point to consume at least 64 oz. of water during my workout.

I don't know if I got a bad batch, but I could not get this to dissolve in fruit juice as recommended Apparently others didn't have this problem, but I will not order again. Ended up tossing most of the product because the undissolved powder is not very appetizing.

Have been taking Creatine Monohydrate for a month now. I can really feel the difference in my body.
