    Grading on a curve

The rug I received is not blocked well making the sides uneven and curved. I decided to live with it as it is— I don’t think the company understands how difficult it is for a customer to return a rug.

Cute - not exactly as expected

I like how soft it is underfoot. The ends read as white which threw me off and its softness makes the ends curl up a bit. Hoping it will hold up. The pattern gives an optical illusion that almost makes it look like it has imperfection. It is caused by tbe alternating direction loop of the pattern.

    Weave quality not the same

We have bought this rug numerous times over the years in various colors and absolutely loved it. It was so durable and gorgeous. Not sure what is happening with the quality of the weave but it is definitely not as tightly woven as in the past. Received both rugs with numerous pulls and loose fibers throughout as well as along the edges - I trimmed them but not expecting either to last very long. Really disappointing and not what we've always come to expect. Please correct this quality issue Dash and Albert!

    Threads pulls...

My experience with this rug on the first day was a thread pull, then a few more threads later in the week, I read other reviewers had the same experience, whats up with the quality? This is the first rug I bought from this company. Are you suppose to cut the little threads off or what?

    A Dream Come True!

I was on the hunt for a large rug to fit under our long (10') kitchen table. This rug would have to withstand the daily use that would come from a family of nine. This rug does NOT disappoint!!!Any spot, including tomato sauce, comes up so easily with just a simple wet rag and a few dabs...honestly, it just disappears! I am so so glad I went with this rug and I am confident it will last a very long time! (Regarding the other commenter and the bad quality: I have not seen any loose threads or weaving, whatsoever..perhaps they were given a lemon?)

    Poor quality

I have several DA indoor/outdoor rugs that wear like iron. This one however, after less than a week, had broken fibers sticking up. Every time I look down there are more. It is as if cheaper material was used or the weaving process has changed from my other rugs. Very disappointing. I see that there are several other reviews for other styles as well that have this same issue, and they all seem to be more recent reviews. There should be no problems like this with a high end rug company.

    Aesthetically Beautiful, Not Durable

Loved this rug when it came; The color the weave the weight beauty on hardwoods. But one month later, the threads pulled/looped up on one side and now looks awful. I own other rugs from Annie Selke and It's not the quality of those. So disappointed.
