Not like photo

Was very disappointed when this rug arrived. The color was much darker than it appeared on the website photo and the jute was shiny, which I really did not like. I returned the rug.

Shedding like crazy

This rug, while soft underfoot, sheds like crazy. We've had it for about 18 months and I thought it would stop after "breaking in" a bit. Unfortunately, not. Particles are everywhere and get all over our clothes, other furniture, etc. Very disappointed.

Love my rug!

Perfect rug!!! The color, texture, softness and look are amazing! I love everything about my rug! It is being used in front of my kitchen sink and looks stunning! Also very appropriate place there because you can clean it up easily if something gets on it. It is durable and just perfect!

The Best Jute Rug Ever

I love this rug so much that I have different sizes it in multiple areas of my house and guest cottage. It looks great - casual but a bit sophisticated, and it's easy to maintain and clean.

Bleached Oak Jute Rug looses its bleach

This is a 2 year old 8x10. It is holding up well in my living room but it's bleached color (off white originally) is becoming more like the natural color, a soft brown. Why? There has been no water on this rug.

It's actually a great rug...

I bought this rug a couple of years ago knowing full well that it might not hold up.. we were having a very special event and needed something that would AMAZING. I have to tell you nearly three years later it still looks pretty good. It's NOT a good rug for a high traffic area but it is a great, chunky quality looking rug so long as it's babied a little....

This rug still sheds more than my two Labradors- and I have had it for two years.

I have had this rug for a couple of years now and it sheds fibers CONSTANTLY. It literally fills the canister of my Dyson vacuum every single time I vacuum it. It looks good, Burt it is a mess.

Great rug

I love my jute bleached oak rug so much I am ordering another one for the sink area in the kitchen. It is soft to the touch and a great color. The first one I ordered is being under a sofa table. I am hoping my new one will be durable enough to handle the traffic at the island.

Lovely but fragile

I'm afraid I have to agree with the other reviewers who describe this rug as great to look at and delicious underfoot, but fatally flawed by its delicacy. I've had my 3 x 5 for roughly 2 weeks and it's already showing clear signs of wear. A high traffic area, but on the other hand a household of just 2 adults. So sad! I love it.

Disappointed

Bought two of these rugs as because they looked beautiful. Less than a month later, they are wearing and unraveling. Cared for as instructed. Very disappointing. Waste of money.
