Love the quality and colors of this rug. I purchased a runner for my kitchen and it adds just the right amount of pop of color!

Disappointed by the colors they are not as bright

This is a lovely rug. I bought it to replace another Dash & Albert rug that I bought 5-6 years ago and has held up incredibly well, despite being thrown in the washing machine every 2 weeks. I can tell by the feel of this one that it's not as well-made as my previous purchase, but I like it nonetheless. I have a feeling it's not going to hold up very well with the same handwash cycle in the washing machine as my previous rug. But it's in the kitchen and it's going to need regular washing. Time will tell.

I LOVE this rug. But I bought it as a runner in the kitchen and it's filthy after only a couple of months. I've washed it and it helps, but not for long. I with D & A would make it in a polypropylene/outdoor version. They hold up better for high traffic than 100% cotton. So disappointed as these colors are perfect in this kitchen!!

I bought two of these for my kitchen and love the happy colors. I also like that they are low profile, which was a must. Within a month or two, they were filthy. They washed well, but the stains reappeared within about a week. Sadly, they are not holding up well. I have already purchased a third one to replace one that looks very old after a few months. I am going to need to figure something else out because these are not great for heavy traffic and it's not practical to replace these regularly. I see there is an indoor/outdoor rug that is similar, I may try that and see if holds up better.

I loved this rug in mykitchen. It is absolutely stunning. But, after 6 months, with normal wear (and I will note we don't wear shoes inside out house), it is just filthy and looks terrible, so it needs to be replaced. So so sad as this rug was my favorite

Love the bright colors and effect of the stripes down the stairs, but it does NOT wear well! The runner has been in place for about 6 months and is going to have to be replaced soon due to excessive wear on the front of the treads. Sadly, it's about the only bold, colorful runner I've found, and hate to think about settling for something blah but sturdier.Perhaps an indoor/outdoor version would wear better?

This looks in person exactly as it does online or in the catalog - beautiful, saturated color in a very interesting combination. My only issue was where to put it because it would be wonderful in several rooms including two bathrooms. It works with various color schemes and brings something different to each. I love the colors in this rug and sometimes marvel at the sophisticated combination, which I would not have thought to put together. Thank you for this design!

I got the Mellie stripe runner in the 12' length, which isn't that easy to find, and it has transformed our hall with its gorgeous jewel tone colors. It's various colors make it so versatile, and the quality is what you'd expect from a Dash and Albert if you've bought their rugs before.

I have quite a few Dash & Albert cotton rugs, in various sizes, throughout my home. I love them! And I particularly love the Mellie Stripe because of the vibrant colors and the asymetrical pattern of the stripes. It looks wonderful in my office, and pulls together all the colors in that room.

Added in my laundry room and I'm in love. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make an indoor/outdoor in Mellie! I need this on my patio too

I have a contemporary house with all windows into our woods. White floors minimalist. These rugs provide a pop of color where needed. I have Tiki as a summer group. This set for spring. A lavender set during the bleak winter. These Dash & Albert wear well. Clean well. Lay very flat and don't usually move on the floor. I rotate with others ever two months, I like using the 2x 3 for doormats,.

Beautiful Bold Colors. Adding a carpet runner to your stairs makes your home a safe and a statement.
