Color is WAY off
We purchased this rug for our living space. We were not expecting top-quality, just something that looked good and was reasonably soft. There are problems. The color isn't even close....it's WAY off and not even close to what's shown. It's a very dark brown (chocolate would be the best description). There are variations in the color...dark and darker with some beige sprinked in and again, are not even close to the picture shown. The pile is thin and not soft to walk on; we weren't expecting plush at this price point, but the pile is just barely adequate. We are torn about going through the hassle of packaging this back up and returning it, or just keeping it and make do. I would not buy it again.

It is true to color. Very pretty but even at 0.5 inch it is a little thin but I am so happy. The color is perfect for the space. I will definitely buy from them again.

What I expected
The area rug, for the price, seems to fit my space. While the price reflects the quality of fabric, it's useful for the basement play area. I am hoping it lays flatter, as it has the creases in it from being folded and packaged, instead of coming as a rolled up carpet. The color is what I expected also.
