    Area rug came folded up, not rolled up. Buyer beware!

    I paid $247 for a beautiful area rug and received it days later all folded up. It's ruined. It would have been beautiful. I would never be able to get the folds out of it. If the seller would send another one rolled up the way every other area rug dealer does, especially when it was a rug for $247, I would feel better about this purchase AND the outside seller. This did not come from a Target warehouse, it probably came from someone's garage. If they won't roll an expensive rug, don't buy it!

    I was wondering if this rug would be too "cheap" looking, but I was pleasantly surprised! It's soft on my bare feet and with the pad I ordered it really looks very nice in my living room.

    Graceful and pretty

    This is a really pretty rig. I love the soft swirls. The pile isn’t quite as soft as I hoped but that doesn’t detract from its appearance at all. Sadly I’m returning it only because the color didn’t match my other rug but otherwise I’d have been very happy with it.

    Pleased even with a hiccup

    The rugs were good for the price. A littl thin, but i am very happy with them! Looked just like the picture. As for their customer service, still amazing! FedEx delivered the first shipment to the wrong address. I called rugs.com and they were very helpful! Took a couple of days to file the claim but then a second shipment was sent right out. They were quick and efficient. The whole process took less than 3 weeks.
