Area rug came folded up, not rolled up. Buyer beware!

I paid $247 for a beautiful area rug and received it days later all folded up. It's ruined. It would have been beautiful. I would never be able to get the folds out of it. If the seller would send another one rolled up the way every other area rug dealer does, especially when it was a rug for $247, I would feel better about this purchase AND the outside seller. This did not come from a Target warehouse, it probably came from someone's garage. If they won't roll an expensive rug, don't buy it!

Think again for the price.

Color was accurate, however you can see the base of the rug as the white color shows through because the weave is not very tight. The picture makes the pile to be thicker and deeper. Was very surprised how thin it is.

Love this so much!!! Great price, great quality

Just what I was looking for! Has the shag look & softness yet I can use my vacuum cleaner on it! (recommend bare floor setting & not the brush) Received quickly, less than 2 weeks. It smooths it quickly, I sat some heavy items on the edges as soon as we opened it.
