Area rug came folded up, not rolled up. Buyer beware!

I paid $247 for a beautiful area rug and received it days later all folded up. It's ruined. It would have been beautiful. I would never be able to get the folds out of it. If the seller would send another one rolled up the way every other area rug dealer does, especially when it was a rug for $247, I would feel better about this purchase AND the outside seller. This did not come from a Target warehouse, it probably came from someone's garage. If they won't roll an expensive rug, don't buy it!

Looking for a rug? STOP! This is the place to buy!

I randomly chose this company to buy a rug. I didn’t know anything about them, but I just felt that they might be the one that would have what I needed! Not only did they have it, but I love it. My stepdaughter saw it and she raved about it. It’s beautiful. It couldn’t be any nicer and I’m so proud of it and would recommend this company without any doubt. We’re in the process of moving so I can’t take a picture yet, but after we get moved and everything is done, maybe I’ll get to add a picture.

Great value BUT

I brought this rug about 6 months ago. It’s soft and pretty. However, just as the other reviewer mentioned, the rug is not dense. I purchased the red one ( Beautiful color) and yes you can see the white backing in the swirls mostly. I keep moving the pile to cover the white as much as possible. Uughh ! Yes the delivery was fast and the packaging great . I also purchased the pad to provide some cushion and prevent shifting. I will perhaps a simple rug soon to replace this one. Prayerfully, my next try at Rug.com would not have the same issue.

Cute but not great quality

The rug is very cute, but the pile is not very dense. As a result you can see the rug base if the rug fibers are not laying just right. Also, the corners started to unravel as soon as I took the rug out of the packaging.

Red Botanical Rug

I was looking for a rug that would work for the holidays. This beautiful red rug is perfect! It not only works with my holiday decor, but it matches my red furniture (sofa, recliner, table, shelf) as well as a black and brown piece of furniture. I just LOVE rugs.com, purchased one with red sharks on it for my lake house for the warm weather season (I choose the shark pattern, because my 8-year-old grandson is into them. I told him the rug is his, and he was absolutely thrilled). I can promise that I will buy from rugs.com again!!

Omg my rug was delivered about 3 days ago and i absolutely love it the color is beautiful its thick and really soft & a very nice size i ordered the 5×8 .. I took a chance because i absolutely knew nothing about this site but yet i still ordered this rug and im glad i did i would definitely recommend this product & i will be ordering more often !!
