Best sugar substitute

This is the best sweetener. Healthiest one out there, and hard to find. I’m diabetic. All other sugar substitutes have side effects. Allulose is actually good for you. No bitter aftertaste. Good for baking, too, but you need to use a bit more, in your recipe. The only con, is the price. It’s always expensive. Worth it for me.I studied extensively, everything I could find about it. It’s the best!!
