Blue light not so special
I love my fan, but I don’t understand why it comes on when I push the button, run on “low” speed for a couple seconds, then drops to “silent night”on its own. I then have to hit the low speed button to correct. I also don’t like the way the blue indicator lights on the fan light up my bedroom with the reflection of the fan cage reflecting all over my ceiling at bedtime. But I love the smooth and efficient way it provides air circulation. It is a nice product, but the lights need to be controllable.

Didn't assemble after looking at the size of the fan I knew it wasn't for me.

FANTASTIC FAN!
I bought one of these for my son's bedroom 9 or 10 years ago, as he is very hot natured and needed extra cooling even with A/C. He got married and moved out and now has it in his home bedroom. He need another one for his upstairs office so we bought him a second one of these about 5 years ago. This year we moved into a senior living facility with A/C but no ceiling fans so I bought another of these fans and it has been a great help for extra cooling in our apartment which gets afternoon sun. We also bought a metal rolling plant stand and set this fan in it and now it is so easy to roll around the apartment from room to room where we need it. This is a great fan with as little or as much air flow as you need and desire. Best fan purchases we have ever made. The remote makes controlling it from where ever you are so easy.

Best Fan Ever
This is my second Rowena fan and I bought it because it’s durable and QUIET. Did I say quiet. You can’t hear it . It’s tough,I own the other fan for years and it’s still running 8 hours a day 365 days for years . I cannot recommend this fan higher than perfect. If you need a quiet reliable fan buy this one

Disappointed
Fans lasted about four years before they started breaking down. The teeth mechanism went out keeping the fan from osculating, then the fan blade broke off. I still use the smaller model but that one takes around 20 minutes to start spinning after I turn it on.

Manual Oscillation
This fan works very well in the bedroom as it is quiet. It is also very well made and very sturdy. The remote control also works very well. Sadly, the oscillating feature is manually controlled. This means you have to get up, walk over to the fan and press or depress the oscillating knob. The old fan this replaced had that very convenient feature for a total remote-controlled operation. Something I wish this fan has.

Best fan I have ever used.
I would t normally comment on poor reviews but seriously, any 1 or 2 or even 3 star reviews should be ignored outright. My wife and I have had one of these for many years and it’s nothing short of perfection. We are more than familiar with very high vs mediocre quality and we generally purchase the best, cost is not a consideration for us. The quality of this fan, the construction and operation are exceptional.

Everything about this fan is excellent
I love this fan. Unbelievably silent. Very attractive and perfectly functional. Rowenta knows how to make a fan! The remote is very easy and there is even a place to store the remote on the fan when not in use. I spent a bit of time researching fans and I decided this one was the one for me. I am very, very happy with my choice.

Excellent Fan
This fan is excellent, it moves plenty of air while being super quiet. In the very hot and humid days of summer, our central air is fine but I wanted some more air movement. A ceiling fan was an option, but we figured we would try getting a really good fan first. After buying this, we no longer are considering a ceiling fan. This is easy to move around, we can have it oscillate or stay stationary and all of that is much more customisable than a standard ceiling fan. I'm about to order another fan for our spare bedroom for guests

The fan works great. Very quiet. The only issue is that it is heavy. if you don't move the fan around it doesn't matter and I would give it 5 stars. However, I need to move it between rooms and with a bad should it can be difficult.

Exceptionally wonderful.
I bought it 3 years ago. Both, the stand alone and the desk top. The desk top was stolen in spring 2025 and during that time, the stand alone go damaged. I miss them. I am working on getting the stand alone repaired and filed a theft report with the police department for the desk top. Thankful, I have a detective working on finding it. Please keep me in prayer. The closet repair is in Columbia, SC and I live in GA. It is a surprise there is not a repair shop in Metro Atlanta, GA; which I do not understand. I could get it repaired faster. Hopefully, one will be established soon and in the NC Triad area too: Greensboro, Raleigh, Durham, NC. Okay!!!!

EXCEPTIONAL silent-running setting!
I now have 4 of these fans--they're the BEST!! I particularly like (and mostly use) the "silent night" setting. I have one fan that stays on all night in my bedroom, using this (truly!!) silent setting. But having exceptional hearing, I mostly use this wonderful setting (don't know if this is a feature of any other fan--but I doubt it) WHENEVER I turn on these fans, as it doesn't interfere with anything else, even conversations, happening in whatever rooms the fans are in: YEA!! However, ALL the fan settings are equally useful, as you can enter 1 of 3 speeds on the "turbo" setting, or select "energy saving" running. I cannot recommend this Rowenta product enough!!!
