Really works

While nothing can 100% eliminate gas this stuff drastically cuts down on the amount of gas that you have, I normally eat foods that make me gassy but after taking these I can eat the foods I enjoy without having to worry about clearing the room on a side note while it does reduce gas it seems for me at least that it concentrates the gas you do get that and makes it smell really horrible

Recommended by my physician but really did not work

I have stomach ulcers and this has produced extreme flatulence just about 24/7. It is embarrassing and almost impossible to contain. I have used the strongest available simethicone formula (currently 500mg capsules by Phazyme, to little avail. The doctor recommended these charco caps. I understand for some people these caps work fine. But for more, i needed to take a minimum of 10-15 per day to see any difference. With other medications I take during the day, this was just too much of an effort.

Took care of my issues

I followed directions and used it on my Plumeria stalks after I trimmed off the frost bite. It worked well and my Plumeria are blooming this summer.

Really works!

I have a very delicate stomach so I like to keep these on hand because they work and they work fast. They will stop food poisoning if you dont have a severe case. Dont be caught without these. Take them with you when you travel because you never know what youre eating on the road.
