The product itself is as expected but the preparation for its shipping and delivery was not. Despite the VERY STICKY safety strap to keep the pump from activating, the cover itself was not screwed on completely and the product leaked out, all over the bottle and the interior of the box. Additionally, the VERY STICKY safety strap left behid a lot of sticky residue on the bottle.
