Great size for the lower

Great size for the lower back but intended for use any where on the body such as neck or leg. It is not a heating pad and is meant to help with pain and healing with frequent use. I can't speak to benefits yet as it is still new, but looking forward to some relief with consistent use.

Brookstone 40 light therapy wrap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wrap differently helps with muscle recovery, and deep tissue pain after workouts. The adjustable straps and cordless design are great for hand free use on backs, neck, and joints. This wrap provides soothing heat with 40 red lights to relax muscles. This has 3 therapy modes and auto shut off for safety. Great product.

red light for healing - love it

I have this device, and it works perfectly. Please note that this device is not intended to be a heating pad; it won’t get warm. Instead, it’s a RED LIGHT THERAPY device designed to enhance your body’s natural healing capabilities. It has been incredibly effective for me in alleviating joint, muscle, and back pain. The device offers three settings: 15, 30, and 45 minutes. It also comes with its own plug. However, I prefer to use my own portable USB battery pack (the same one I use to charge my phone - not included with this device, of course) to avoid being tethered to the wall. It’s meant as frequent therapy, not a one and done (go research: red light therapy for healing).

Doesn't work well

Doesn’t work well - barely heated up so I had to return it.
