The ball does not roll smoothly. many times I would lose my site. was quite annoying .logitech offered a software to help, but I could not download it -frustrating!

Logitech is my go-to PC accessory provider because they deliver good design and durability at a reasonable price. These are the primary reasons that I've used Ergo series trackballs for long enough that my first units were corded.

(If you have thumb issues, then grab another mouse because you'll be using your thumb frequently. ) I bought it since my role requires to use a computer for 8-12 hours. I am comfortable kow since purchasing this device. I wish they sold this mouse in different colors. I would have purchased it in pink to match one of their keyboards. I purchased it in black with grey ball since it matches the keyboard I bought along with it. Great mouse for less pain!

I have been using the bluetooth option to connect and everything works great. Also, it's been a few weeks and I have not needed to replace the battery. Great product overall. Thank you Logitech!
