Where did these come from

They arrived with no brand packaging, no wash labels, no company that made them. The stitch quality and fabric is good for price-but nothing about who is accountable if something is made with lead or treated with toxic chemicals, or just fabric wash instructions. Target you are better than this-selling out for third party sales. Consumers should know where their products are coming from.
