Nothing Like it On the Market!!!

Why did you discontinue????
It seems that you discontinue half the products that I use! No more Cross Terrain body wash, no more Beard Oil, only one men's scrub bar to choose from and now, no more of this product...it doesn't seem like you know what your customers want!

OMG, I can’t believe this is being discontinued! What are you thinking. This random discontinuation of products is crazy. Whoever made this decision needs their “hair” and head examined.

This is the product that brought me in and I always pick up the shampoo and and midnight serum but this is the product that gets me in your doors without this I can find other serums and shampoos- nothing super special about those products they were nice and I’d buy them but wasn’t loyal to them only bought them cause I came in for this fabulous clay. BRING BACK THIS PRODUCT
I have been using this product for years. It was the best I came across. Its now discontinued and i'm upset that this is the case. It was a very good product. I noticed it was becoming harder to get and now I understand why. I hope this product will come back eventually.

STOP DISCONTINUING EVERYTHING RANDOMLY
This is such a great product but Kiehl's continues to discontinue their best so they can make a bunch of random stuff no one uses. Please, this is not how you keep and build loyal customers.

Hair paste that feels just right. Holds well.
I’m super picky with my hair and think this hair paste works great. It’s not sticky, greasy and doesn’t feel thick. Holds well and doesn’t weigh your hair down.

Please Bring Back Styling Gel!
I have been seaching Kiehl's (online and in -store) for a replacement for their clean [hair] styling gel, which seems to have disappeared. In desperation, I ordered the texturizing clay styling product, though I was skeptical. There was no comparison--the "clay" left my hair dull and stiff. PLEASE bring back the clean styling gel--it was perfect for shine, texture and just the right amount of manageability!

Love it but when will it be available
I have a few areas of hair that simply goes the direction they want to go!! LOL. This one of the few products that’s solved my problem. And it only takes a small dab which is why I’m willing to pay the high price for the product. My only question is when will it be available? It’s been unavailable for most of 2022. Come on Kiel’s!!

Discontinuing all men's hair grooming products??
Hey Kiehl's: ALL of your men's hair grooming products are out of stock and have been for months. I think the Creative Cream Wax has been out for two years! Either discontinue and take them off your site, or INFORM us what gives. I have been loyal to Kiehl's but you are not showing loyalty to us. I shifted to the Texturizing Clay when the wax was out, and now THE CLAY is out of stock, too! Be honest with us, we can take it! (Pro tip on the clay: add a drop or two of water and rub it in so it's white in your palm; it applies and acts more like the wax and is not so sticky.)
