Got this for exfoliative chelatis along with aquaphor. Worked like a charm. Now taking internal yeast protocol (herbal kind from Amazon). I hope this helps someone! Cuz I was desperate and nothing natural helped.

Applicators work just fine
Had no problem with the applicator. You need to pull the plunger back a little before screwing onto cream tube and then squeeze cream into applicators. On night one but so far no burning at all! I would suggest to take fluconazole orally first then use this if any other symptoms persist. (The more intense the burn, the worse the infection!)

You have to fill them, more expensive than 3 day
They are not prefilled. The 3 day version that I got in the past were prefilled plus a small tube of cream. They did not have the 3 day on shelf even though app said 7 in stock so I just grabbed this one. It’s lower dose, not prefilled and more than expensive.

Applicators dont work well
I typically find the Up and Up products to be very good quality. This definitely was not a good product. The applicators didn’t work well and ended up wasting more of the medicine than being able to use correctly. I definitely would not purchase this product again. Pay a few more dollars and get the name brand.

No burning for me
Sorry to those who got burned, but I would assume that's a matter of genes. If you use these, make sure you spot test before going full pump. As for the applicator... I suppose the instructions could be clearer. I definitely messed up the first applicator, but it's honestly not complicated. Pull the plunger back. Put the opened cream tube into the opposite end of the applicator. Squeeze until applicator is full. Insert applicator the same way you'd insert a tampon. Push the plunger down. Done. If I had one critique, I'd say it should be clearer which side is "the end" for those who've never used them before, as well as a spare applicator for user error.

I purchased the up and up brand to save some money but i won’t again because it’s nearly impossible to fill the applicator. It will barely fill no matter how hard i squeeze the tube, and doesn’t fill evenly.

I am really surprised with the reviews on this product. I personally think it’s pretty good. Sure, it’s not prescription but it does the job if you have a minor YI. Some say it burns. I think that if it’s burning you may have a YI that requires a pill or cream that your HCP or a clinic can prescribe. Or you may even have bacterial Vaginosis along with a YI. THE WORST feeling. The applicator just needs to be manipulated a little bit. Pull the plunger (up) slowly as you GENTLY squeeze the medicine into the tube. And then you’ll be good. Some of you are being dramatic about the tube lol. Use this for the 7 days! It works. But when I get a really bad YI along with BV then I see a HCP at a clinic or Planned Parenthood.

Useless applicators!
Do not waste your money on this item!!! The applicator plungers are too large for the tube so it's IMPOSSIBLE to fill them with medicine and, if you do manage to finagle a bit of medicine into the tube, it's IMPOSSIBLE to slide the plunger once you insert it in your body. I'm going to try to return it today and repurchase the monistat. Ugh.

These applicators are horrible. Even with the directions, they are just awful. The medication doesn’t come out evenly, and several times the applicator shot off the tube of medicine, squirting the medicine everywhere. I wasted $10 and now need to purchase a second option.

Yeast infection
I’ve never used this before and I did all of research + read reviews. Honestly since it was the first time it was kinda confusing so I read the instruction after that everything went smoothly. Since I didn’t know I had a yeast infection I constantly scratched so after it began to burn since I ended up with cuts. But this worked amazingly I wanted to buy three day treatment so it could go away faster since I didn’t tell my bf but it ended up working in 4 days! I ended up getting another yeast infection like the next month and here I am buying the same brand and product again because it worked so well.
