Quality has gone down
I have been buying these for years because I prefer them over namebrand. I like that they’re not quite as fluffy. However, the last package I bought is terrible! The sticks bend. Very disappointed and will be switching to a house brand from another store.

Great Product - shipping pullers need to be more customer service oriented
The product is excellent. Lots of cotton the way Q-Tipss used to be, but on the down side, when I received the shipment, the corner was open a lot and a few swabs had fallen out. I would have expected the puller to lay aside or mark return rather than shipping an opened (unsealed maybe due to glue faultiness).

I’ve bought these for nearly a decade, because in the past they were the same quality as the name brand, but now I bought them in May 2026 and they bend when you use them! I guess it’s time to switch to name brand because I do not like these anymore.

I buy this brand because it’s cheaper than the name brand, but looks like I’ll have to stop. I found a swab that had some sort of brown stain upon opening it but let it go. And today, months into my purchase I found what’s presented in the picture below. If this is a bad batch then I highly recommend the items get recalled.

These are not sturdy like Q Tip brand. The cotton is flimsy and you can feel the end of the stick when you use them to clean your ears. I can imagine using them for make up would leave cotton on your face. Spring for the name brand!
