New formula is horrible. No coverage and new powder puff sucks. Bring back the old formula and the sponge.

Good Finish. Misleading Shades
I have mature skin and avoid powder, but i decided to try this as a foundation instead of a setting powder. The finish is shockingly amazing. It doesnt settle into my lines at all. So why only 3 stars? Their shades are wacked. What I need is an N2.5 which doesnt exist. Both C and W have in-between shades, but not the N. N2 is far too pale meant for ultra fair skin while N3 leans golden warm. There is no light skin true neutral option in N. It also loses another star for not being inclusive since they do not use any naturally blonde models and almost no light medium olive models. Every shade should be displayed by a real model wearing the actual shade they are supposed to be modeling. Having a different model that doesnt wear that actual shade is misleading and causes confusion, making it difficult for everyone to find their correct shade.

Use to be the best one the market...
I have used this powder for over 10 years. It use to be amazing. The new square design is terrible. Please go back to the circle compact design because it worked so much better. As for the new puffy applicator....PLEASE, PLEASE give us back the sponge applicator. No other powder works like this one but with the changes I can no longer buy this and have to replace it with a different brand which is super unfortunate with how well it does cover with the old sponge applicator.

Horrible, scant, uneven coverage
Had successfully used the previous loose powder version for years. Since that seems to be discontinued, I’ve tried this version. The powder is hard and doesn’t provide good, even coverage. Very disappointed. Please bring back the loose mineral powder in the round container. Until then, searching other brands.

We hope you find a new favorite match with L'Oréal Paris!

Terrible. Need the old formula back!
Please go back to the old formula for the powder(before it was changed from the circle to the square packaging.) I used C5 for years and now it doesn’t even cover anymore. This is terrible. Why would they change a good thing?

This product has changed. Horribly
I have used this product for many years. I used to use the cappuccino true match powder foundation. They do not make that anymore. In all the substitutes are horrible. The powder goes on and then turns hard. The colors are not the same. I hate that they made changes. This is definitely a epic fail for this line

Hello! We truly appreciate your longtime loyalty to our True Match collection and are so sorry to hear that the recent updates have not met your expectations. We understand how frustrating it is when a holy grail shade like Cappuccino is no longer available and the new formulas don't provide that same flawless finish. This "glazing" or hardening effect can sometimes occur when natural oils from the skin or applicator transfer back into the compact -we recommend gently scraping the top layer or using a clean brush to refresh the surface. We have shared your specific concerns regarding the texture and shade selection directly with our development team for future consideration. We hope you find a new favorite match with L'Oréal Paris!

BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA PLEASE!!!
the old true match powder in the round compact was so good. it was my go-to foundation for YEARS. then y’all changed the packaging and apparently the formula. instead of a sponge there’s a useless little puff that goes immediately in the trash. meaning i need to spend more money to get sponges. and this new formula doesn’t look as good on the skin and hard-pans, virtually right away. the only way i can use it is by shattering it into a loose powder that i put in another container. it’s unreasonable and impractical. the literal only reason i’m still using it is because i have yet to find something i really like, the way i did the old formula. i know i’m not the only one who feels this way. i see the reviews. i don’t know why y’all don’t care about customer feedback but it’s a massive slap in the face to those of us who have been loyal for years. do better, l’oréal.

This is no good but only kind of makeup I can use.
I do not like how it goes on and it gets hard so you cant even use the pad that comes with it. The pad is no good it gets where it doesn't work with the powder. I wish the Mineral powder would have never been discontinued it was the best. I wish you would bring that back. Why change what was working for everyone.

Not worth it
After a couple of uses the power turns hard. Not worth it. Years ago you had a brush on powder foundation that was great.

New formula is terrible.
Whatever they’ve done to this has made it a basic lightweight face powder. It no longer has any coverage effect. Horrible product. Waste of money.

Bring back the old formula
The old formula used to be the perfect powder for my face. The new formula is a mess, the quality and coverage declined when it was switched to the new square package.

Worst powder ever
I was obsessed with this powder and now it is the WORST powder out there. It reminds me of the pretend makeup for little girls. A joke of a powder. It has 0 coverage, it is super chalky and powdery. I wouldn't even take it if it was free. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible

great to reduce shine
If my face is a bit oily or it looks shiny, I put a quick dab on my face and it removes the shine. It blends nicely and looks very natural. I did buy the True Match Superblendable foundation too and was surprised that although I found a good color here for the powder, the foundation color didnt look good.
