My husband and I really enjoyed this Pasta Roni Shells & White Cheddar! I browned some ground pork chops, and added cauliflower. I seasoned it to taste Mexican, and added some parmesan and Colby Jack cheese. It tastes so good! We were pleasantly surprised! Cheap, easy, and quick to make! I also used almond milk and coconut oil, instead of dairy milk and butter!

They are great as a side item, alongside a delicious entree, or as a meal itself, by just adding your favorite ingredients. My personal favorites are spinach, mushrooms, and tomatoes, along with either shrimp, chicken, or steak medallions.
