One side is always darker than the other and I always double check to make sure the bagel button is off. Other than that it is very sturdy and easy to clean. Looks great in my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] good but I would change a few things. the toaster is too big with alot of wasted space. seems like they could streamline it into a smaller footprint. Second thing is the lever doesn't lift up manually to cancel, it felt like it was gonna break until I went to get some reading glasses to see which button is the cancel. third thing is that it toast pretty slow. it may be that it's limited by the amperage but the supersize slots do not help. fourth is that the print for cancel and bagel is in fine print.
