A bomb
This toaster gets very hot to the touch. Also, the single setting does not work. The toast will be very brown on one side, and hardly at all on the other. It's an engineering flaw, like all the others on the market. It is being returned 15 minutes after opening it.

This is by far the worst toaster I have ever used. It makes me so angry that I threw out my cheap $40 one when I got this one and now I’m stuck with this garbage. It never turns on. I literally have to push the button down 500 times for it to finally stay down and begin toasting. I have never written a review in my life- but this toaster has me crashing out every day.

Best toaster ever
We bought this toaster about a month ago. It is the best toaster we have ever bought. Makes perfect toast every time. We don’t have to constantly change the degree of toasting. It is used daily. We highly recommend this brand.

Cheaply Made
It works okay but the levers seem flimsy. One lever sometimes requires a couple of trys to make it stay down. I expected better from Cuisinart.

Did Not Last Two Years
I bought this at the end of November 2023 and now am in search for a new one. Right lever does not lock in place when pushed down so both slots on the right side cannot be used. The heating mechanism on the left side is starting to go out and is not toasting things unevenly. I bought a cheaper brand years ago and it last almost 10 years. I expected more from this brand at this price point.

Is it Worth The Cost?
This toaster was expensive… But, I wanted something that wasn’t mostly plastic. This toaster was that. It’s all stainless steel. Exactly what I wanted. It’s working well, so far. There is a learning curve when using all the different settings, but the variety of toasting cycles is fantastic. It’s also more solidly built than other toasters I’ve owned. No regrets with this purchase.

Piece of junk
Son gave us this as a gift about 3 months ago. Work well a couple times then it began to fail. First inconsistent on how dark it would toast, then left side would no longer work at all. Then today right side no longer works. This is a piece of junk and waste of precious dollars.

Great features when it works
My toaster lasted 3 months. I am a senior citizen. I cut the cord of my toaster and took a picture to prove the toaster was defective. Had trouble sending the picture. Company would not replace the toaster. Had to buy another toaster.
