Item was not packaged at all. They slapped a shipping label on the actual toaster box, sent it, and it arrived to me filthy and with crushed corners. Couldn't give it as a gift like that. Returned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a household of 5 people (myself and my 4 children). Whenever I make meals, I try to be as efficient as possible with preparing everything. When kids are hungry, you've got to get food on the table.....FAST! Whenever we do a "breakfast" dinner, I make a ton of eggs and toast. Each of up usually likes 2 slices of toast, and it used to take forever to make enough with our 2-slice toaster. Now I am able to pump out a meal in no time!

There is so much more room without squishing, my bagels, or other large toast like Bríos, which I absolutely love!! it is so sleek and just beautiful to look at. Quality is amazing. I cannot say enough about it. This toaster fits larger bread slices which to me is the best feature. My bread comes out toasted to perfection. It does not burn my toast at all. The 4 slots are so much more convenient than 2. My family enjoys using it daily. I absolutely recommend it.

Easy to get the bread out once it has been cooked. It looks amazing and fit with any and every kitchen that uses a toaster. 4 sluce toaster to allow more at one time which makes cooking a lot faster than a 2 slice toaster.

There is a slight unevenness to the toasting so I find I have to rotate the material once to get a nice overall even toast. The heating knobs seem a bit clunky. As with all toasters, I'm not impressed with the fact that the crumb trays are accessible from the back side which means to clean them you have to pull the toaster away from the backsplash. Other than these minor issues it's been a great addition to our kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this toaster because I needed to upgrade to a toaster with 4 slots, since my family and I tend to have breakfast at the same time any many of us use the toaster each morning. This toaster has 4 total slots, and each group of 2 slots can be adjusted to its own temperature. This works great for a family who has different preferred toasting levels. I also liked the simple and straight forward design, which fits well in my kitchen. Another huge benefit is the crumbs tray. My old toaster collected crumbs and burnt pieces on the bottom of the toaster, and I had to flip it upside down to empty it out. This toaster has a crumbs tray that will allow you to easily clean out and remove crumbs after use.

The first time I used the toaster (toasting bread) there was a strong plastic smell as the coils were heating, but I did not smell that again on subsequent uses. I love that the toaster has 4 slots and that they are extra-wide to accommodate thicker sliced bread and bagels. It was very efficient to be able to toast 4 slices of bread simultaneously when making sandwiches for the entire family. We have used the toaster on bread, thicker sliced bread, bagels, and waffles so far, and it has performed well. It is very easy to depress the button to lower the bread and to cancel as well. It has taken some time learning which setting will be perfect with this toaster, but that is expected. My main dislike is not having a bagel setting on the toaster so that only the inner side of a bagel will be toasted. I would have thought a toaster with extra-wide slots would have this feature. There are 2 crumb trays that can be slid out from the back for cleaning. I do like that the trays are easily accessible on the back and do not require the toaster to be flipped over or held oddly to open the trays. It has been easy to wipe down the outside of the toaster also. I do worry if the white plastic will turn yellowish as the product ages however, but hopefully it won’t, and we’ll have many years of use.

What I really like about the toaster is how the controls and knobs are on the front of the toaster, not on the side. The extra wide slots are perfect for toasting bagels, or thick slices of bread. The crumb tray is located below, and easy to remove and clean. I found that toast for me works best on the number two to three setting. I found that anything higher than that tends to burn the toast. The toast boost lever helps to push the toast up high after it's done, which is nice, and I really like the simple cancel buttons. All in all, a very nice toaster with great features.

How it is rounded on the edges, the color is nice and love the crumb trays how they are individual trays for each side. Cleaning is so easy. The toast come out perfect. All in all I would buy this again. The one thing I don't like is how cheap the buttons are to push the toast down. I had to push it a couple times to get it to lock in. Maybe it is just mine and it is a issue.

We tried it with a bagel, an English muffin and a regular piece of bread and it worked like a charm. Evenly toasted and tasty. And no matter what I toast, both sides evenly brown. And no digging for the bread- the toaster lifts it up higher for an easy grab. Cleaning is a breeze too- trays remove for a deep clean. Love everything about it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Basic Toaster! Wide slots are a perfect size for Texas toast, large bagels etc. - anything that is extra wide. The level of browning is perfect for where you set it. Did not do well with a bagel that was partially frozen. Personally, I would opt for a few more bells and whistles such as the defrost option.

I also love how sleek it is and how good it looks with my other appliances AND my matching microwave. I have children that love buttons and levers so I also really love that I can just simply hit the cancel button if they walk by and push the levers down without changing my desire setting. I have 0 complaints. This is so nice and I feel fancy using it.
