    Just meh

    I do like this product however it’s bottle design is horrible. The spray bottle stops working 1 week after buying it. The trigger gets sticky and eventually stop spraying all together. I wish they would to this flaw. I won’t waste my money anymore on a product that has a major flaw.

    Nozzle gets stuck!

    I’ve bought this several times but I just cannot take the stick nozzle anymore. Will not buy unless the nozzle situation gets fixed. So frustrating.

    Good product. Bad sprayer.

    I regularly buy this product even though the sprayer has not improved over the many years that I've been purchasing it. I have to transfer the liquid into a different spray bottle in order to use it. I seriously can't understand why a company can go so long without correcting a problem that everyone that has used it is aware of. Please read your reviews and update the sprayer.

    Leaky and Irritating

    Felt more like a chemical weapon than a deodorizer. It was leaking everywhere as soon as I got home and it smelled horrible. It was irritating my throat and eyes just being near it. I had to return it.

    Formula changed?

    I bought this product about 10 times. Smelled nice and left my cat’s litter box smelling clean. However, the most recent one I bought smells weak and doesn’t leave my cat’s litter box smelling as good as the other ones I used. Did they change the formula? Very disappointing.

    The bottle trigger stinks.

    As many others have said, this is a good product but the bottle trigger stinks. It constantly sticks after a spray making application difficult. You can do better!

    Smells AWFUL

    If you are sensitive to smells at all, I cannot stress this enough - DO NOT BUY!! I took off the top to smell it in the store and it seemed fine, but when I sprayed it at home, I was gagging and dry heaving. I'd honestly rather smell cat pee and poo.

    Trigger Broken!

    The bottles trigger pump gets jammed after one use. I have tried multiple bottles, and all the same issue. I have read multiple reviews of others having the same issue. FIX THIS NOW!

    Good smell, terrible dispenser!

    The spray does a good job of covering up litter odors, but the actual spraying part is TOTAL GARBAGE. The trigger gets jammed after only a few uses and becomes totally useless!

    Too wet and heavy, not a mist

    While it smells good, it’s very very wet. You really can’t spray it on the litter because of that. If you spray it around the litter it makes everything wet. I won’t buy it again. I’ll stick with the powder version.

    Dissapointing Product

    Decided to try the spray over the powder this time and was very disappointed. Used with one cycle of A&H multi cat litter and didn’t even use half the bottle. Bottle says it won’t affect the litter but even with using minimal sprays it ruined the litters ability to absorb urine causing my boxes to fill the house with an unbearable smell. It would just soak the litter and wouldn’t completely dry even with mixing the litter around.

    I decided to try this instead of the Arm and Hammer Litter Box deodorizer because it was out of stock. This stuff is OK, the scent is a little much and it doesn’t really have any long lasting effects. I’ll hold onto it and use it in emergencies, but I don’t think I would purchase again.
