A: I use it every other day in the shower. The first time, I used a lot and my face hurt a little afterwards so I started using less and it didn't hurt again. I would suggest starting off using it twice a week at first and then every other day after that. And only a little bit is needed! I like to use it in the shower because it is easier to rinse off my face. I am on like my 3rd tube of this. It is awesome!

So far, this my absolute favorite, but it's a deep green that smells like the ocean & oak moss, which may not be everyone's idea of a good time! It's definitely worth a try & especially good to use in the shower so it's not messy. If your skin isn't up to scrubs, you'd be fine using it just once or twice a week.
