Trying to put this together on Christmas Eve and parts are missing. Really disappointed!

Product received broken, missing pieces, and no instructions. It is cute, but I’m very disappointed. I had to use craft sticks to hold up the banner (see photos) and would normally send it back, but since it’s for Christmas and I’m doing this Christmas Eve, I had to make it work! If it had come with all the pieces and everything as it should I would give it a 4 or 5 star review, because I love Melissa and Doug toys. This one unfortunately did not live up to their usual quality.

I lived this initially. The wheels broke off after 4 months. It’s made of cheap particle board and not very sturdy. I emailed customer service to see about a replacement only to learn their warranty is 60 days and they were not willing to help fix the problem in any way. My kids used the product as intended and the wheel snapped off while rolling the cart. I will no longer purchase this brand.

Very sturdy. Easy assembly. Great for all ages.

I love this toy!! Huge hit with my 2&6 year old. It was fairly easy to assemble (took me about an hour and I’m not very handy) and found it to be sturdy

Bought this for my 3 under 3 kids for Christmas and the first time they tried to move it the wheel snapped off and so did the pole that the flag attaches to. My kids love it, but I have to keep it in the corner so it doesn't break

I have had this product in my home based preschool (6 children) for several years. It is still in great shape. No issues whatsoever. Children love to play and it promotes socialization , language skills, taking turns and fun!

Arrived with missing piece that took almost 3 mos to get a replacement. Daughter played with it a few times and tried to move it resulting in a broken wheel.

we got this for Christmas present for my daughter and of course tried to put it together on Christmas day. Parts were missing and the part A was cracked. I reached out Melissa and Doug and got a reply that 'unless you bought it directly from our website, you need to contact the retailer where you purchased it from'. guess what? Target does not have this in stock anymore!! So where's that 100% Hapiness guarantee?? I have been so happy with other Melissa and Doug products before and only purchased this because I thought I was buying quality item. Spending $100+ on a toy means I should be able to use the product for a long time. I've got an inquiry out with Melissa and Doug and if they don't make it right, this will be the last product I buy from them. super frustrating experience. will update this review if and when the issue is resolved.

Nearly a $200 item and they don’t have the parts needed. Instead of 1 part A and 1 part E the box had 2 part E and no part A. We tried to make it work anyway but the screw holes didn’t line up with other parts that were ACTUALLY supposed to. And now they’re sold out everywhere. This was our daughters’ Christmas present. I still have to do my job during a pandemic, why do other people get a pass?

Bought this for our 3 year old for Christmas. He was so excited! Started putting it together because all the peices were there only to get to the last T parts and both were missing the interlock in the holes for the screws to screw into. Had to take the whole thing apart to send back. Was resent another one only to find out they sent to A boards instead of an A and E. I'm beyond frustrated!!!! Now I had to repackage and send back again. These toys are not cheap. Disappointing to a 3 year old who has yet to play with his new cart. I also purchased for black friday and now can't get another cart for that price. Melissa and Doug customer service is horrible!

Here I sit on Christmas Eve to put this cart together and there is absolutely no way to accomplish this. The inside supports were screwed and glued incorrectly from the factory and I can't get this thing together because of it. The food cart end is so thin, one wrong move and the board will split. This is going to ruin Christmas morning!

Missing pieces. Here we are the night before Christmas Eve building our sons “big present” from Santa and we’re missing the Awning (part O) and the whole bottom (part D) …and we’re not even finished building it yet. So disappointed in Target and Melissa and Doug for lack of quality control, especially at Christmas time. Now we have nothing to set out on Christmas morning. Thanks.

Received a product that had clearly been used and returned with broken pieces in it a week before Christmas. Now it is sold out and can’t be replaced.

My daughter loved it, used it all the time.. My nephew now wants it but some stuff is missing and I can't find replacements to buy.

This is the second one I bought as a gift. It’s great and the kids never seem to get enough ofit

My 2, almost 3, year-old LOVES this ice cream/hot dog stand. She has so much fun playing with this!

I bought this product for my daycare and unfortunately it came damaged.

The ice cream/snack truck that was delivered was damaged.

I anticipate my 5 & 2 year old grandchildren will be happily surprised with this Christmas gift & will spend many hours playing with it as they have with the Star Diner I purchased for them a few years ago! The Food Cart has lots of fun features & compartments as well as being colorful & just the right size!
